Since our inception as a small producer of quality Sri Lankan spices, Ruhunu Foods has steadily grown to become Sri Lanka’s foremost producer of Spices and related products. This expansion has been a carefully planned out and strategic journey, keeping with the guiding values of the company and maintaining the highest of quality standards at every step. Today Ruhunu Foods boasts of an export presence in over 15 countries across five continents, catering to a very discerning group of consumers who appreciate the high-quality standards that are inherent with any Ruhunu Foods product.
Who we are
Established in Sri Lanka 45 years ago by our current Chairman Deshabandhu Mr.Padmasiri Muthumala, we have grown from a small scale manufacturing business to become the largest producer and marketer of spices and allied products in Sri Lanka. With a state-of-the-art factory which produces a wide range of products to the highest of quality standards, Ruhunu Foods has won the confidence of discerning consumers both locally and globally.
